These Terms & Conditions govern enrollment in the Job-Ready Program run by Xtended Partner ("the program"). By reserving a seat or making payment, you agree to the terms below.
1. The Program
The program is a 10-week, live online performance marketing training course. It is a job-ready training program — it is not a job-placement or job-assistance service, and no job offer, interview, or placement is guaranteed as part of enrollment.
2. Eligibility & Seats
Each batch is limited to 15 seats, offered on a first-come, first-served basis once payment is confirmed. Reserving a seat via WhatsApp does not guarantee enrollment until payment is completed.
3. Fees
The current program fee is ₹8,999, covering 50 days of live training, the resource kit, resume/LinkedIn review, personality coaching, and post-batch WhatsApp support, as described on the program page. The Meta Certified: Digital Marketing Associate exam fee is separate and paid directly to Meta.
4. Certifications
Google Skillshop certifications are issued directly by Google upon passing their respective exams, subject to Google's own terms and availability. Xtended Partner does not control or guarantee the issuance timeline of third-party certifications.
5. Attendance & Conduct
Sessions are conducted live, Monday–Friday, and recorded for reference. Students are expected to attend regularly, complete weekend assignments, and engage respectfully with the trainer and fellow students. Disruptive or abusive conduct may result in removal from the batch without refund.
6. Intellectual Property
All templates, recordings, slides, and resource materials provided during the program are for personal learning use only and may not be redistributed, resold, or published without written permission.
7. Changes to the Program
Batch dates, curriculum order, and guest sessions may be adjusted where necessary. Material changes will be communicated to enrolled students in advance where possible.
8. Limitation of Liability
The program provides training and guidance based on real industry experience, but outcomes such as interview calls or job offers depend on factors outside our control, including individual effort, market conditions, and employer decisions. Xtended Partner is not liable for employment outcomes after program completion.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts where Xtended Partner operates.
